Set up AutoPay for your utility bill

Have your Raleigh Water bill paid automatically each month from your bank account or card, through Raleigh Water Self-Service.
Ways to do it
What you need
- A Raleigh Water Self-Service account (you register with your utility account number)
- Your bank routing and account number, or a card
Steps online (phone, tablet or computer)
- Sign in to Raleigh Water Self-Service, or register if you don’t have an account yet.
- Find the AutoPay or bank draft option.
- Choose bank draft or card, and enter your details yourself.
- Save, and look for a confirmation message or email.
Good to know
- Cost: Bank draft has no processing fee. Paying by card adds a 3% processing fee each month.
- Who can use it: Bank draft is only for accounts at U.S. financial institutions.
- Check with your bank before drafting from a savings account.
- Keep reading your monthly bill so you notice any unusual charges.
