Report a problem at a park, greenway, playground, or with a City tree

Ask Raleigh’s Parks & Recreation category takes reports about parks and greenways, playgrounds, and trees on park, greenway or other City property.

Ways to do it

• Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources: call 919-996-3285

Steps online (phone, tablet or computer)

1. Open Ask Raleigh and choose Parks & Recreation.
2. Pick Park and Greenway Service, Playgrounds, or Tree Service.
3. Set the location and add photos (the tree form says photos are highly desirable).
4. Submit and save your ticket number.

Good to know

• Tree Service lists an estimated delivery time of 365 days, so it’s for non-urgent tree care. A tree blocking a street is a different request (Transportation & Mobility, “Something in My Way”).
