Tell the City’s sidewalk repair team about a broken, uneven or damaged sidewalk.

• Street maintenance: call 919-996-6446
• Ask Raleigh: https://ask.raleighnc.gov/ask

What you need

• The address or nearest intersection
• A photo of the damage, if you can

Steps online (phone, tablet or computer)

1. Write an email to sidewalk@raleighnc.gov.
2. Include the address or nearest intersection and a short description.
3. Attach a photo if you have one, then send it.

Steps by phone

1. Call 919-996-6446 and describe where the damage is.
