• Ask Raleigh (Noise Feedback): https://ask.raleighnc.gov/ask (Non-urgent noise feedback, including a separate form for bars, restaurants and clubs.)

What you need

• The address the noise is coming from
• What kind of noise it is and how long it has been going on

Steps by phone

1. Call the police non-emergency line at 919-829-1911.
2. Give the address and describe the noise.

• Raleigh has a noise ordinance, and its rules for amplified sound at some businesses changed in 2026. Ask the police or check the City Code for details rather than relying on this entry.
