Create a RecLink account and sign up for a parks program
Provided by: City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources (City of Raleigh)
RecLink is the City’s online system for Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources. Use it to register for classes, camps and Active Adult programs and to book facilities.
Ways to do it
- RecLink: https://reclink.raleighnc.gov/
- RecLink Support: call 919-996-2153
- RecLink Support: email RecLinkSupport@raleighnc.gov
- Recreation Business Office (registration): call 919-996-4800
What you need
- An email address (required to create an account)
- A payment method, for programs that cost money
Steps online (phone, tablet or computer)
- Go to RecLink.
- On a computer, choose “Create an Account” from the top menu. On a phone, open the menu (three lines at the top left) first.
- Fill in your information and finish creating the account.
- Search for a program, choose it, and follow the steps to register and pay.
Good to know
- No email address? Call RecLink Support at 919-996-2153 for help.
- Residency is based on the home address in your RecLink account. A 25% non-resident program fee replaces the flat $15 non-resident fee on December 1, 2026.
- To get a refund rather than a credit, cancel a class at least 14 days before it starts and email RecLink Support.
- The City’s Digital Inclusion classes for adults are also registered through RecLink.
