Provided by: City of Raleigh Community Engagement (Digital Impact) and Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources (City of Raleigh)

The City’s Digital Impact programs offer free drop-in help (“Advice About Your Device”) and free computer classes for working adults (“Learn & Earn”). Parks and Recreation also offers Digital Inclusion classes through RecLink.

Good to know

• Advice About Your Device sessions are free, one-on-one help from youth Digital Ambassadors, usually Saturdays 1 to 3 p.m. at Green Road or Sanderford Road community centers. Check the page for dates.
• Learn & Earn computer courses are free, with free childcare. Fall 2026 applications have closed; check for the spring cohort.
• Teens in grades 9 to 12 who live in Raleigh can apply to be Digital Connectors (interest form for Fall 2027 opens January 2027).
